Introduction

It is the firm conviction of the Management of Ekuberg Pharma that only motivated people, with a strong passion and dedication, as well as adequately trained, are able to work on a daily basis to improve themselves, processes and company services involving all employees, generating value for themselves and others, for the community. Quality must be understood as a corporate value in which everyone is reflected, while the tools provided by the Management System must be seen as a support to improve one's work.

The objective of adopting a quality system that complies with the UNI EN ISO 13485:2021, UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 22716:2008, UNI PDR 125/2022 standards, certified by an accredited Certification Body, is part of this vision.

In addition, Ekuberg Pharma is committed to ensuring that selection, recruitment and promotion processes are fair and free of gender bias, actively promoting the presence of women in leadership roles and in areas traditionally dominated by men.
